This is the second time they have done work on my Forester. The first was after a major hail storm and my car was badly damaged - they made it look like new again. This time I had some relatively minor scrapes that needed to be taken care of and they again did a great job. Everyone there is pleasant, courteous, and professional. I was rear ended by another vehicle and had to have the rear hatch and bumper of my 2004 Toyota 4runner replaced. Gerber on S Colorado Blvd did a great job with the initial work. About a year after the service the latching mechanism on the rear hatch went out - this could be just normal wear and tear as I have found the latch to be an issue on other 4runners, but I took it back in to Gerber and Adam had the latch assembly and button replaced free of charge. Would highly recommend this location!

The work done on my Honda Pilot was great, but what made this shop pop was. About two months after the work was done my gas cap cover was stolen. I went out to the dealer and punched a new one. It needed to be painted the shop did it at no charge. That's what I call customer service. Thank you Adam.
