I went to Gerber collision and glass on Alpine today to get a problem looked at with my car. The door would drop when we'd open it. They looked at it and studied the problem. Through the whole process they were very courteous and helpful. They then decided to take it back and look at it a little closer to see what would need to be done on a scheduled return visit. They came back 10 minutes later with my vehicle completely fixed and told me there would be no charge. Now that's great customer service!!!! Thank you guys for your generosity!

Our vehicle was a total loss after a deer hit.. I felt that we still received the attention, and consideration that we would have if our vehicle was being repaired. The shop manager, Kyle T. was very attentive and let me use a loaner vehicle until the insurance determined my car was a total. I wouldn't have been able to get back/forth to work without it! This shop is top notch, and I will recommend them to everyone. Also, if in need of auto body repairs (hopefully not)! I will definitely go there! Thanks Kyle and team!

Had an issue with windshield trim piece that the car wash tore off. Pulled in to the estimate bay to ask for assistance. Kyle and another young man came out and assisted (I currently have to use a wheelchair) with the problem. They fixed it and sent me on my way. I offered to pay for services. It was about 15 minutes and a little double sided tape. Job is well done, quickly and they are very friendly.I have used Gerber before and will continue to have future body work done there.

I would like to start by saying THANK YOU!!! As anyone who has needed a vehicle repaired after an accident knows the hassle that can incur in the aftermath. Gerber collision and glass, and our insurance company took away all the troublesome dealings. My wife, and I couldn't be happier with the service, and friendly staff! Our car looks amazing! All the work was done in a timely manner, and from the looks of the vehicle perfection was achieved. I will refer anyone who needs similar work to them from now on. Thank you once more!
