Ryan at the Elston shop is an absolute treasure. He took care of my car and it looks amazing. The production manager Ivan even contacted me to let me know about my old battery, and when I brought a new battery in, they changed it for me free of charge. I can not recommend the shop at Elston enough. These guys are the real deal.

Everybody was fantastic. The guy who quoted me (Ryan) was really quick, and the woman at the front desk (Jennifer) was fantastic. She answered all my questions no matter how many times I called and was really quick to reply back to me if I missed her. All in all the service here was really fast and really thorough. My matched my paint color exactly, which is fantastic because its in the middle of silver and blue.

A FIVE-STAR effort by all concerned. The way Jennifer handled my situation was such a relief to me that I could not ask for better service. She took all the information and even called Enterprise for me so I would get a car right there and then so I would not be late for work. She helped in so many ways she may not even realize! The guys, Bob and Ryan made my car like new gain after a hit and run side-swiped my car. What I thought was going to be a tedious process turned out to be quick and easy and comforting to my mind. Wonderful service ! My rear bumper was pretty banged up. The quote only took about 15 mins and repair was less than 2 days. From Ryan the manager to Jennifer at the front desk, everyone was very cordial and professional. The quality of work is outstanding. Bumper looked good as new!

I had taken my truck in after I was hit by a deer (no meat) on the right front . I was told that it would be 2 maybe 3 weeks. What to my surprise that it was done in 10 days. It looks like it just drove off the showroom floor. A GREAT JOB done by the employees of this shop. A BIG Thank You to Bob, that took all the extra time to make it right and for the behind the scene work he did. I have and will tell people that I tell the story to about the DOA deer and my truck,and about the Great place that made it like new. THANK YOU again

Bob and the crew at Gerber Collision are awesome! I got my car back looking better than when i bought it 5 years ago. I actually feel like i have a new car! I was able to track the repair through their online "Repair View", where they would upload pictures of the car as it was being fixed everyday. It was fun to see the repair progress. I can't recommend Gerber and team enough!
