Hello my name is Frances and I was hit 4-17-2024 from behind. Allstate was handling my claim and sent me to Gerber Collision and Glass for repairs for my car. I took my car to be inspected on April 18th at 2:30 p.m. the lady at the desk greeted me with a smile. They inspected it I said can my husband and I bring it back on Friday April 19th at 9:00 am in the morning and they said it was fine. They told me what they were going to fix and what wasn't included and said they would keep in touch and leave messages on Tuesdays about my Toyota. They said it could take 10 days not counting weekends They returned it on 4-30-2024. It was less than 10 days. Oh and they did a excellent job. Oh yeah, I didn't get a rental car after the accident so they brought my car to my house and dropped it off in the yard for me. Thank you so much

I want to say Gerber did a great overall job. This was my first accident and having to be in the situation was a littler nerve recking. I appreciate the front being able to get me in for drop the same day the insurance company reach out to them. Michelle was GREAT she answer any questions I had and I appreciate keep me up to date no matter if it was good news or bad. I can't speak for everyone but for me those calls kept me at ease. I hope never have to see them again due to those circumstances but if I did I won't allow anyone else to do body work on my vehicle. Thank you guys again

The repairs were made in a timely manner. The staff was professional and personalable. The contacted the rental company and scheduled the pick up of the rental as well. They kept me informed of all aspects of the repair and insurance information. I would truly recommend their services.

Dropped off my wife's 2013 Hyundai Genesis with driver side damage from the front bumper to driver's door. First the customer service ladies Dee and Tiffany were fantastic. The appraisal went smoothly we received a date when the car would be ready. We received weekly updates on the progression of the repairs. There was a problem with one of the parts that wouldn't arrive until after the promised date. Rusty the manager called me to come to the shop to meet with him. Once I arrived at the shop he took me to the car he walked me through that had been done and why it was so important to wait for the part. He gave me another pick up date and it was met. I dropped my car off last weekend for repair of front bumper and hood damage. Emily, who performed my estimate, told me she would try and get it done on a Friday so I wouldn't have to worry about additional rental fees since I wouldn't be able to pick my vehicle up until the Saturday after repairs were completed. My original estimated time of completion was on Tuesday, the 3rd of July. I got a call on Thursday saying that I might be able to pick my car up on Friday. I got a call Friday morning saying that my car was out of paint and going into reassembly. I got a call later that same day that my car was ready for pickup. I went and got it this morning, and WOW! I can't even tell that it was repaired. The front end looks like it did the day I bought the vehicle. Thank you so much.
