I would like to leave feedback specifically for my interactions with Emily S., the Production Manager at your Atlanta-Midtown location... After several negative conversations (with the former Production Manager) about the interior flooding damage caused by repairs made to my vehicle in December 2018, I was forced to file a formal complaint with my insurance company and take my vehicle to another body shop to be repaired. Until my first interaction with Emily on April 4, 2019, I would have rated my experience with Gerber as 1 star or less; however, Emily's honesty, professionalism, and sincere desire to correct the damage done to my vehicle has completely changed my opinion about my experience with Gerber. Prior to my interactions with her, I would never have stepped foot in another Gerber facility - but now I know I have someone I can ... trust at the Midtown-Atlanta location. The staff I encountered at this location were super nice and they completed the job in the timeframe promised. Special kudos to their frontline staff member Tiffany that took the time to take myself and two other ladies that'd been waiting over an hour and a half for Enterprise, to the Enterprise location so that we could pick up our rentals and be on our way.

I was in need of having a rear-view mirror replaced on the outside drivers door of my MX5 Miata. Realizing this is a small job for body repair shops, I stopped by to gauge interest and obtain a quote. Ed P., General Manager, was quick to offer assistance, survey the damage and give an immediate quote. Ed ordered the necessary part and called to ask a convenient time for me to stop in. He stated that the repairs would take about two hours and called me within that time to know my car was ready. The mirror is awesome and the shop washed my car, exterior and interior, as well. I am having some body scratches painted soon and will not hesitate to visit Ed and his team again. Thank you!
