This place is impressive. Sherry, my first contact has an above normal attitude. She was by far the most friendly, helpful, sweetest person I've had to deal with in a very long time. She made me feel as if I was family. We even talked a lot about family. Showed pictures of my 90 year old Dad, and she had nothing but kind words about him. Always happy to hear from me when I'd call her about anything. She even knew how to drive my stick shift vehicle. She's very knowledgeable on the damages I had and gave me a great feeling on leaving my pride and joy pickup with her. I don't want to see her again about any accident, but I will truly miss her kindness she showed me. If my name was to be drawn, I would give it to Sherry, in appreciation. I had a great experience with Gerber Collision. Bryce (GM) went way above and beyond to locate all parts necessary to repair my vehicle. The grill was backorder from the factory "4-6 weeks, maybe" per Ford. so he called around to other body shops to see if there might be one in someone elses inventory and sure enough he found one in OKC. It was here in 2 days and the body shop techs had my vehicle all ready and waiting on the grill to arrive. Once it got here they had everything assembled and had my car back that day, which by the way was one week earlier the the initial expected date. And I didn't have to go without the grill for 4- weeks and take it back for another visit. I was kept informed all the way throughout the process. Sherrie (Repceptionist) is very sweet.
