Scheduling Questions

How much will my insurance cover?

Auto glass repair and replacement is covered under your automobile’s comprehensive policy. You will only be responsible for your deductible, which will be collected at the time of service. Many insurers will waive your deductible for a windshield repair, costing you no out-of-pocket expenses. If you have liability only coverage, then auto glass services will not be covered. How do I schedule an appointment?

Do you service my area?

We provide convenient, free mobile service to your home, work or wherever you would like service. You may visit our mobile service locator page to confirm mobile service in your area. We also have many convenient shop locations to serve you. You may find our nearest shop on our locations page.

What are your store hours?

How much does mobile service cost?

There is no charge for mobile auto glass service. We are pleased to provide this free service for the convenience of our customers.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by cash, check, and most major credit cards. Additionally, you may qualify for financing options.

What does my quote include?

Your quote includes labor and the cost of the glass chosen. Sales taxes are additional and vary depending upon where your vehicle will be serviced. Your vehicle may require additional materials for a safe installation (windshield options, moldings, etc.). Our representatives will always inform you of any additional material and labor costs ahead of time.

Windshield Repair Questions

Can my windshield be repaired?

Many small rock chips and cracks can be repaired without needing to replace your windshield, saving you time and money. If your rock chip is smaller than a quarter in diameter, it may be repairable. It is raining or snowing, can the repair be performed?

Unfortunately, no. For a successful windshield repair, the damaged area needs to be dry and free from debris. During inclement weather, it is best to have the work performed in one of our convenient locations.

Will I still be able to see the rock chip after it is repaired?

Yes, you still be able to see a small “scar” after your windshield is repaired. Repairs are designed to restore the structural integrity to your windshield. Fortunately, we will also be able to improve the cosmetic appearance of the rock chip and make the damaged area considerably less visible.

How long will the repair take to complete?

Most repairs can be completed in 30 minutes or less. Actual time may vary depending upon climate conditions and the extent of the damage.

What if the windshield cracks during the repair?

It is rare for a windshield to crack during the repair process, but it does happen from time-to-time. Unfortunately, your windshield will need to be replaced and we will assist you with scheduling replacement services.

What causes the rock chip to crack further?

It is difficult to predict when a rock chip will crack further. Extremes in temperatures often will result in small chips becoming larger cracks. To be safe, you should have a repair performed promptly after noticing the damage.

What is your repair warranty?

We guarantee that you will be fully satisfied with the repair or we will credit the cost towards a replacement by us. Your repair is guaranteed for as long as you own your vehicle.

Windshield Replacement Questions

Will you replace my windshield stickers?

Yes, our technicians will make every effort to save your windshield stickers and affix them to your new windshield.

Are your technicians certified?

Yes. Your safety is our top priority. All of our technicians are independently certified and adhere to National Glass Association (NGA) and Automotive Glass Replacement Safety Standards (AGRSS) installation standards.

How long before I can drive?

Generally our OEM adhesives cure within an hour. However, safe drive away times do vary depending upon climate conditions. Your technician will be able to provide you with the safe drive away time for your windshield replacement.

Does the technician clean up the broken glass?

Yes, our glass technician will do his very best to vacuum all broken glass and leave your vehicle like new. It is always a good idea to have your vehicle detailed after a replacement to ensure all broken glass is removed.

Do you use OEM quality glass?

Yes, we use only the highest quality glass and adhesives for your vehicle.

It is raining or snowing, can the replacement be performed?

Unfortunately, no. For a safety reasons, your vehicle needs to be dry and the temperature above freezing for a safe auto glass replacement. During inclement weather, it is best to have the work performed in one of our locations.

Warranty Questions

What is your warranty?

We have been in business for over 70 years and take great pride in our workmanship. If you are not completely satisfied, we want to make it right! Auto glass replacement is warranted against air and water leaks, defective materials and workmanship for as long as you own your vehicle. Windshield repairs are warranted not to crack further or we’ll credit the cost towards a new windshield replaced by us.
