I had an EXCELLENT experience w/the Gerber Collision Auto body repair shop. From Rae Lynn assisting me right from the beginning. She was the first person I spoke with at the front desk. Good customer Service. Next, I spoke w/Ron, he was awesome. He made me feel that I didn't have to worry about my car b/c they were going to handle my car w/excellent care. Finally, Greg was extremely helpful, thoughtful & very kind. He spoke w/me several times over the phone. He kept me in the loop as far as what was going on w/my car, the parts coming in, approximately what day my car would be ready, etc. Once I picked up my car, Greg spoke w/me about not taking my car through a high pressure car wash for 30~days & RaeLynn told me the same thing. My experience w/Gerber Collision was a great one & I will recommend them to my Family & ... Friends whenever they need repairs to their vehicles. The staff was very friendly & they all made me feel comfortable that my car was in good hands. This surveying goes up to a #5. I received constant updates via email from Gerber that kept me informed about the status of my repair which was something I had not seen any other repair place do in my past. The workmanship was great and I didn't find any spots that needed correction. They cleaned up my truck nicely and returned it all pretty and ready to show off!

This location was amazing in helping with my claim. State Farm was the at fault company and they worked everything out with them. I didn't have to do anything other than drop my car off and pick up the rental. Jeff kept me updated twice weekly. When I came and picked my car up, it was in MUCH better shape than when I left it. Not just the dents but the inside was clean, my car was shinning in every detail. I was very happy. I want to commend Bob and his whole team. You've got really valuable employees there!

I never had an accident before and was applying a claim with my insurance company USAA for the first time. My adjuster recommended Gerber to me being close to my home address and they were available to service my car. They made the process extremely easy and I had my car a Dodge Gran Caravan 2011 back in three- four days . I want to thank the entire staff at Gerber Collision for the service they were able to render to me. I will go back in the future and recommend to others who happen to be USAA members for repairs. My car looks like a new vehicle and they gave me my car a week early. I just need to go back to have some lettering glued on which only takes a few minutes. Great group, I am very happy as a first time client. They do accept other estimates to review and provide service.
