I was very impressed with the service at Gerber Collision. Our car had a split fender from something that hit the front of the car after falling off a truck in front of her while my wife was driving on the highway. Even though Gerber had an extremely busy schedule and it was looking like I might have to wait a month before my car could be repaired, their customer service rep, Liz, was extremely helpful and managed to get my car squeezed into their schedule 2 weeks earlier than expected. Liz was extremely helpful and communicative throughout the entire process. She called me to come and look at an unexpected issue unrelated to the claim, and brought the car around for me immediately after I arrived. The entire way, she kept me informed and answered all my questions. After 2 days, my car was ready. It looked brand-new, and the new fender ... was painted and matched perfectly! I will definitely use Gerber Collision again if the need arises in the future. read more

I had an incredible experience with Gerber. I was in an intersection collision that did quite a bit of damage to my very recently purchased hatchback. Everything was handled in an efficient, professional and respectful way from the claim to picking up my repaired car. Customer service was excellent, I was updated frequently about the status of my car, and my car was returned in brand new condition like nothing ever happened. Beyond pleased with my experience here.

Had to have some damage to front bumper repaired in recent bump up. They did an excellent job in returning it to original condition (looked like new). Repair was timely and they even detailed the interior. Not sure if the cleaning is usual, but, it was a nice surprise for us.
