Gerber did a great job on fixing my Honda Civic. My teen driver required us to use them twice in the last four months. They got our car right in, had it fixed before the estimated time and did a great job. Will kept me updated through the entire process and was patient with my many questions for both repairs. Robin was also very helpful in getting me checked out and keeping me informed. Will and Robin were both provided excellent customer service. I would highly recommend them.

She has been an absolute rockstar! She has given me updates personally on my vehicle to ensure that I am kept in the loop. Miranda has excellent customer service & has done her best to make sure that my experience with Gerber is nothing less than satisfactory.

Where to begin? The short version is that my accident occurred on 3/26 and I picked my car up on 8/30. It was on vacation for 5 1/2 months. After a long series of fix it- don't fix it from Allstate, I finally got my car back. The only saving grace was the FANTASTIC team at this location. They tirelessly worked with Allstate and outside providers to rectify faux pas and get the job done. They made every effort to keep me in the loop and correct issues that were brought to their attention. I have used them for a repair on my son's car and they were my 1st choice when I had my accident- which was MAJOR. I knew they were not an Allstate shop, but that was not my first concern. I had faith they would make it right and they did. It would take too long to detail the grueling 5 months, but if I had to do it over- I would definitely go back to ... this shop. read more
