The staff was great as well and answered all my questions immediately. I would usually only let Cadillac repair anything that went wrong with my car and didn't trust anyone else, but I think Gerber will be my "new" repair place. Because I haven't had body work done to my car in many years, I have to admit I experienced some "sticker shock" at how much the repair would cost. But the adjuster at Gerber took the time to explain why the work had to be done a certain way and that (in a very nice way) we were not back in the '70's anymore. Other than that, I was extremely pleased with the work Gerber did on my car. It looks like it did I bought it and took it off the Dealership lot brand new. Great job to all the employees there at Gerber!! Thanks
