Wendy and the team at the front desk made the my repair experience pain free. Every step of the process was explained clearly and I was updated regularly. Wendy went above and beyond to make me feel taken care of at a time when I felt vulnerable. The repairs looked fantastic and I can say without hesitation the the inside was looked 10 times better then how I left it.

I would definitely start by saying that the two front desk ladies were very professional...With that being said, I'm more that satisfied with the customer care that Tiffany gave. I've had the chance to hear her phone etiquette(its an open floor setting)and she is extremely professional and courteous with all that interact with her on the phone. I had a concern with my repair and got a text alert from the office, and long a behold(after hours)Tiffany reached out and even called to talk me through my concern! So MORE than pleased with her professionalism and care...keep it up...all!

This is our third time using Gerber Collision and we are so happy. We came here after using another company for many many years when an insurance company required us to use Gerber and we were so happy with the service we received. We became loyal customers immediately. We manage a fleet of about 35 vehicles and anytime there is damage, Gerber is now our go to repair shop. We receive timely and consistent updates on our vehicle that go to everyone involved within the company, that communication is golden for us. All of the Gerber employees are beyond friendly anytime you speak with them. No one ever wants damage to a vehicle, but we are thankful that when it does occur we can count on a place like Gerber.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience when having my Honda repaired after a tree fall. Everyone involved was extremely professional and knowledgeable with my claim. They worked directly with my insurance company and I only had to set appointments that worked with my schedule. They helped arrange a rental car with Enterprise and even had Enterprise pick me up so I didn't have to Uber there. My vehicle was completed ahead of schedule which was more than I could have asked for. Thank you everyone for all of your help! You definitely earned a repeat customer!
