From the first day my vehicle was brought to Gerber, he provided me with updates on my vehicle at least 2x weekly. He was always willing to listen to me and was very knowledgeable of his field of work. Kyle welcomed me with a warm smile and was compassionate and understanding. Gerber took my vehicle in which was involved in an accident on September 7th, 2022. And 20 days later I get it back better than original, what a fantastic great job they did on the body and paint. And due to no fault of Gerber, the parts that were shipped to Gerber had to be sent back for proper replacement. I really appreciate great job they did and the timely text messages and updates. If I ever have another issue like this, I will be carrying my ride to Gerber in Sanford, NC. Thanks for a job exceedingly well done!
