This review is for Francisco, Francisco was a pleasure to work with, not only was he professional but also personable and friendly. Navigating a high stress situation like getting your car fix and dealing with insurance companies rarely go well and as a customer you don't feel heard. However, luckily for me Francisco was the worker assigned to my case. He was attentive in letting me know what was going on, left messages when I couldn't answer calls and finished my car earlier than expected. I had a really positive experience working with Francisco and I'd like to put in writing what a great worker Gerber has.

They did a fantastic job rebuilding my car and Jennifer was constantly keeping me up to date on it's progress and was terrific explaining every detail to me. I choose this collision center because it was in my area and close to the rental place I was going to use, I am glad I did , Mr. Dennis my service rep was very nice, he explain what would happen and the time frame needed for repairs. My repairs look awesome just like new. Both receptionist I encounter was also very nice. Great experience!
