These 3 gentlemen are Pat Brett, Marlon Rias and Keith Green. These employees were genuinely concerned about the care and repairs of my automobile (which I might add was very clean) when it was in the shop for 15 days. I was greeted with warm, courteous and polite customer service. Pat Brett would call me with updates on my repairs. I hope this letter will be placed in each employees' respective file. I was most impressed with the way in which my auto body repair work was performed and in the manner in which Mike performed his customer service duties. I can truly say that my vehicle has not looked this clean since I drove it off the dealers lot. I also appreciated the way Mike kept me informed of the status of the vehicles repairs and acted as a liaison with State Farm Insurance when additional appraisals and authorizations were needed. I was impressed that he did so without my having to instruct him to do so. In my line of work, I always look to promote the employees who show initiative and excellent customer service skills. If I should ever have any further auto body repair needs, or know someone who does, I will definitely recommend your shop.

I am writing this letter to convey my thanks and appreciation for the professionalism exhibited by your customer service representative Pat. In my history of driving, never have I had damage of this magnitude on my vehicle. I found Pat to be very informative and patient. He answered all of my questions and called me every few days to let me know the status of the repairs being made on my vehicle. I have a leased Durango that sustained damage to the headliner. Safeco Insurance Company referred your shop to me. I have had the extreme pleasure of working with your Store Manager, Jeff Porter in the claim settlement. Being in customer service myself I know how hard it is to please a customer who is being inconvenienced by a claim.
Jeff was always more than courteous, polite, responsive and explained the repair procedures and method of settlement fully. He went over and above the call of duty by staying late after the shop had closed to accommodate my schedule. Plus, the shop was immaculate. I totally understand why Safeco chose your shop. Jeff is a rare blessing in our selfish and demanding world.

Yesterday I picked up my 93 Infiniti G20 at your facility after the new headlight assembly was installed. I want to express my satisfaction with your service and pricing. The car was repaired beyond my expectations and looks so good that unless someone really looks, it is hard to tell an accident ever happened. Your staff went above and beyond as well by exchanging the electrical socket for the light, washing the car, and cleaning the interior! Rest assured that I will tell anyone that ever needs body work to go to your shop. Your business is a shining example of how when customers are treated fairly and ethically how satisfied they will be. One last note I feel necessary to mention in regards to ethics - with the head light assembly I brought in. I know at first it was said that the light I obtained did not work and that you would need to order a new assembly. Not knowing any better I agreed and was fine with the cost. Again to my surprise you were able to use my light you ordered and proceeded to use mine shows the honesty that your business operates under. I am needless to say extremely impressed. I just had my car repaired after an accident, at the Gerber Collision & Glass in Downers Grove, IL. I just had to let you know how pleased I was with the whole experience. The people working there are so kind and courteous. Every time I spoke to someone there I was treated with respect and kindness. They finished my car in a timely manner and let me know what was happening every step of the way. The car turned out beautiful and looks like a brand new car. I spoke with Russ Nolting at the shop and he really did a great job of making sure everything turned out right. I had a bad experience in the past with another company and tried to find a different place for repairs. I have now found the perfect place for any future repairs and will be recommending this place to all my friends and family.
