Great customer service!! Had my car in at mechanic for 60,000 mile maintenance and was told issue with fog light, most likely not the bulb. I had recently had repair work done at Gerber a few months back repairing that area, so decided to have Gerber look at it first. Well turned out it really was only a bulb. Jeff replaced bulb for free and had me on my way in less than 15 min. Thanks Guys!!

Wow! What great service. Scott Hoff is a tremendous asset to your team and a great example of world-class customer service. I had minor damage on my vehicle from an accident on my 2000 Toyota Camry and not only wanted to have my car repaired, but make the overall appearance better. Scott gave great input and suggestions. I was impressed with his professionalism. I had to drop my car off before the shop opened. Scott was prompt to call me and let me know they had my car and would complete the work that morning! He did what he said he would do and followed up with me on a regular basis. The car looked so good that I brought my other auto over to have the same work performed. Way to go, Gerber and Kudos to Scott Hoff!

It took a little longer than expected but there were some issues that came up when repairing my car and Jim took care of them and more. This isn't the first time we have used Gerber or Jim. Larry, Cristie, and Jennifer rocked my world with their extrordianary service.

My initial phone contact - very caring, they really wanted to help me.

The estimate - very knowledgeable, I knew I was dealing with an experienced pro. Larry explained my options, what to expect from the shop, what to expect from my insurance carrier, made me feel very secure and comfortable.

Scheduling the service was easy and timely, the work ws completed when promised, and was done so well I couldn't find any trace of the original damage.

While this might seem like exceptional service I can proudly say that ALL service the shop has done for me over the years has been to the same high standards.

I dropped off my truck to Gerber located in Avondale, AZ and was a little skeptical as the body work I had done by a different place previously was mediocre at best. From the very beginning of the business I conducted with Gerber they were professional and on point. They took care of everything I needed and answered all my questions. They even saved me from paying my deductible thanks to an appearance allowance. They replaced everything with superb skills and my truck was given back to me in NEW condition. I was even left with the option of whether or not to replace a couple decals and logos on my truck. They were immensely concerned with my complete satisfaction.

This is the second windshield I've had to have replaced and Gerber did the work both times. The service was very fast, and with the mobile service, I was able to get the windshield replaced both times, while not having to take any time off of work. Hopefully, I won't need another windshield again, but if I do, I will not hesitate to contact Gerber to do the work.

I appreciated the friendly and attentive service of the customer service agents when I called this morning to place my repair order. I was pleasantly surprised that Gerber offered mobile repair service to my home, which was a nice convenience.

My service repair person, Joe B. was very friendly and skilled in replacing my windhshield in about an hour. I would highly recommend Gerber to anyone looking for quick and convenient auto glass repair.

Had some insurance work done to front end, hood and right fender. Dave was an awesome Estimator and always kept me updated on the status. When a couple of minor things came to view, basically an oversight, they were speedy to make it right. This was my first experience with Gerber. I went there Monday, March 1, 2010, and was promptly greeted by Sarah McConnell and Renato de Benedictis. Both provided outstanding customer service. I was in a car accident and my insurance sent me to Gerber Auto Collision. The person in charge of my automobile was Dave Mullins. I have to say the customer service at Gerber was outstanding. Dave made a point to call me periodically and give me an update on my car. I never had to wonder when my car would be ready. It took a little longer than expected to fix my vehicle. My insurance actually stopped paying for my rental because it met the total payout amount. I told Dave about the problem and he went above and beyond and paid for my car rental the remainder of the time my car was getting fixed. When I picked up my vehicle the body work done on it was first class. The car looked better than when I bought it. Not only that, but after I picked up my vehicle Dave still gave me a courtesy call to make sure I was happy with the work done. Mr. Dave Mullins did an outstanding job. The professionalism and customer service provided definitely locked me in as a lifetime customer. I will tell all my friends about Gerber, and request my vehicle to go there if god forbid I ever need more body work on my vehicle. Good job Dave

My truck was stolen on Jan 19th, fortunately the culprit was caught, but they damaged my SUV. They left my sunroof open and it rained on my cloth seats along with other damages. You can't image the smell once it dried. The people at Gerber worked diligently to get my SUV back into shape and get rid of the awful smell. My SUV looks better than it did before it was stolen. Many “thanks” to Ben Maley and the crew at the Morrow, GA location, you guys have great customer service skills and you also do a great job!

I don't usually do feedback but in this case I have to let your company know about the Great service that I received at your Morrow, Ga location. I brought my car in on a Wednesday met with estimator Jennifer Kuehl. Jennifer greeted me with a great smile and provided friendly and professional service. She listened to my needs and time table and exceeded my expectations! My Great Service experience doesn't end here. I left my car on Wednesday for repair and it was ready for me on Friday afternoon. Friday the 12th the metro Atlanta area experienced a winter snow storm that forced area business to close early. I was at work with a rental car that had to be returned by 6 pm. Wayne Norman who works at the Morrow location drove to the rental car location picked me up and reunited me with my car. While riding back with Wayne, I found out that he lived an hour away and would still have to drive home in the snow storm. Wow, I was amazed at the level of service that I experienced from everyone at Gerber. I came to Gerber on a recommendation and I plan on recommending Gerber to anyone who will listen. Thanks for an Outstanding service experience.

I was very pleased with the service that was provided by the staff at the Morrow, GA Gerber shop. I was the victim of a rear-ended accident. I was honestly just coming to Gerber to get an estimate, yet I wanted the 'dealership' body shop to perform the work. However, when I met Jennifer and the rest of the staff...without badgering me, they assured me that they could do the work with the same level of expectation I would have from a dealer, plus guarantee it for a lifetime! In addition, Jennifer was extremely knowledgeable about the insurance claims process and advocated for me with the adjuster and rental car company...she relieved a BIG possible headache for me and I do greatly appreciate that. Wayne was very helpful in keeping me informed of when my vehicle was ready for pick up and he went over all that had been replaced and fixed....very professional. I will definitely be using Gerber for any future repairs or car body needs and I will tell others of the service i received.

I was very hesitant about bringing my car to Gerber at first, because it one referred by the insurance co. of the person who hit me. But once I met Dave, he made me feel confident that all will be taken care of. He even went above and beyond by taking care getting my car detailed & windshield crack since it was in the shop & I just paid the fee. It saved me so much time and I truly appreciate it.

While no one ever is prepared for accidents, you best be sure I will recommend Dave @ Gerber for anyone who needs their car repaired.

I had my car repaired at the Skokie location when i was backed into by another car. I was nervous to take my car in because I feel that too many times auto places take advantage of the elderly. I was extremely impressed not only with the service that I received from the staff at the front but also the individuals who worked on my car. I found the staff to be extremely professional and did not feel once that I was being taken advantage of. The work was completed in a wonderful amount of time as well, I was kind of hoping to have the loaner car for a little longer, but they finished my car quickly. I've had my car repaired at this location more than once and this time was by far a much better experience. Although I live closer to the Glenview location I will only return to the Skokie location simply because of the service I received.

I just received my car back from Gerber and feel that I must stop for a minute to write a note about the service that I received.

I don't know if it was dumb luck, but on the day that I brought my car in for an estimate, the shop's general manager Jim Caniga popped up to do my estimate. He was extremely friendly, professional and quick, and I had three email estimates (just as I requested) in my email within an hour.

I chose Gerber based on this first impression and I am extremely glad that I did. This week, I dropped the car on Monday morning and by mid-afternoon, Jim had emailed me a status report--complete with a photo--of the preliminary work being conducted. I was stunned.

Then, literally every day this week, I received another email update, and many of the emails included multiple photos at various stages of progress. Incredible. I have never experienced service like that.

Today, he phoned to tell me that the car was finished and, because my office is only a few blocks away, suggested that he come pick me up. He did (right on time, of course) and I had to ask him: "was I just lucky to have the GM of the shop pop up to do my estimate on the day I brought my car in, or is this typical service for Gerber?" Jim just smiled and said that if he was walking through the shop, it wasn't a big deal to simply snap a photo or two. No big deal.

It was a BIG deal to me. I told Jim that he and Gerber have earned a customer for life (obviously I hope not too often for collision repair!).

Many thanks for the expert, flawless, undetectable repair and the flawless service from Jim Caniga. If I could give an 11 feedback score, I would.

These guys are AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They were very fast to respond the next day to my online request. They even got to me that same day with mobile service. It only took the tech maybe and hour or so to install my window. And the price was the best part of it all. When everyone else I talked to was quoting me 0 and up to replace a door window, they did the whole job for 0 and that was with a coupon for booking my appointment online. I would definitely use this company in the future and will send friends and family to them if they need a window replaced.

My insurance made the appointment per my request and I took it in on a Monday at 12. I met Dave Mullins who went and viewed two vehicles. I left mine which is a 2006 Toyota Landcrusier. The other vehicle Dave photographed and sent me and estimate and that car will be repaired by Gerber sometime in the next couple of weeks. Dave got my estimates to me that day so quickly. He kept in touch with me while my car was being repaired giving me updates which gave me an idea of when it would be ready. Dave called when it was finished and when I picked it up walked me around the car rechecking it and letting me know what I needed to do and answer any questions if I had any. The area repaired looks like there was never any damage. I know my other vehicle will have the care and service as mine did.

This is my second experience with Gerber, and both times I have been extremely satisfied with their professional approach to repairing cars and respectfulness of customers.

My first experience was due to a rear bumper being replaced on my car. Gerber only took about 3 business days to repair everything. It looked brand new once they were finished.

My second experience was due to a more major car accident in which my car was eventually totaled by the insurance company. However, Herb, the manager, was very helpful and polite. One of his crew helped me remove all of my belongings in addition to my after-mark head unit and four speakers.

Knowing that I would be in the market for another car, Herb was gracious enough to offer to me his inspection services should I choose a used car. In addition, he referred me to a mechanic down the street to ensure my purchase of a used car was a good decision.

I hope I do not get in another accident, but if it does happen... I will be sure to return to Gerber.

I was notified when the work was completed, and the car was returned to me sparkling clean. This recent service was my third experience with Gerber Collision- Roswell and it was excellent as were my prior visits. The team is very customer focused and are flexible to meet my needs. I did not use insurance in two of the three repairs so I paid for them out of pocket. My cars are older and have high miles, so I often do not want to pay the premium for the car to look like new. I had my rear bumper replaced at Gerber on Decatur in Las Vegas. The estimate was in line with my final cost and the staff was fantastic. I took my vehicle in just before the holidays and the staff kept me informed of the repair status and holiday hours. They told me it may take a little longer than usual to get Mazda parts over the holidays and wound up impressing me with the speed repair completion. I felt the staff was friendly, professional and concerned about the level of service I received. Hopefully I won't have a need, but I would definitely use Gerber again.

Great service. I took my car in for an estimate the afternoon for the accident and after receiving the estimate I was asked if I wanted to leave the car. I was informed that they could get the parts easily and that they would start working on the car the next day. My name is Kevin Boggs and I am an agent at a GEICO local office in Schaumburg, IL. About a week ago I was driving our GEICO wrapped Chevy Suburban when I noticed that the windshield was cracking. The crack started small, but by the time I had gotten out of the car it had spread to about 8” long.

I jumped on Yahoo Local and searched for “auto glass repair in Schaumburg, IL”. I called 8 to 10 different places and got quotes from each one. At this point the crack was so big that it was clear I would have to get the entire windshield replaced. The quotes ranged from 2 to 0. When I got to the bottom of the page I clicked on a link for Gerber Collision & Glass. I called them up and they quoted me at 3.34, which included on site service. They came to my house the next day and they repaired the windshield in a matter of about 45 minutes.

The process was seamless and easy, not to mention that the customer service was beyond exceptional. I will recommend Gerber Collision & Glass to all of my clients from this point forward. The whole process had me stressed out, and it turned out to be a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend your company to anyone.

I had three windshield cracks in three years to a Ford Econoline E350 van and Mike replaced all of them. He did the jobs at my work place (Hoffman Estates, IL) and arrived the exact minute he said he would be there. Mike was very professional, had tons of experience and did a top notch job. We have never used Gerber Collision and Glass before. When our car window cracked last winter from temperature changes, we contacted our insurance company and they gave us a list of repair options. We chose Gerber only because we had heard the name before. We were surprised that they came to our house and did the repair here. They did an A+ job, was neat & thorough, and professional. We would definitely use them again.

An estimator named Dave Mullins is a professional, courteous and honest individual. Your company is only as good as your employees. I recommend him for promotion or a raise in pay. I had a wonderful experience with Gerber Collision and Glass. My installer was Mike and he went well above and beyond what I expected from a technician. He treated my car with care, as if it were his own, and he explained in detail about what he was doing and why every step of the way. Mike was very instrumental in giving me details about questions I had regarding my windshield. There are many lower prices in the Chicagoland area, but a quality installation by qualified experienced technician backed by a company that warrants it product was extremely important. Mike also explained the importance and function of a well installed windshield. With what I know now, I would not allow anyone but a quality and experienced technician like Mike to install my next "glass". I had several quotes for lower estimates, but when I researched "Gerber" it surely was worth the effort and slightly higher price for a qualified and professional installation with attention to detail. I now understand why Gerber offers a "Lifetime Guarantee". I wish all consumer transactions were this smooth. Clearly Mike left a very satisfied customer!!! Gerber you have an awesome installer. Joe B. was the technician for changing the glass on my car at my apartment. He called in advance and then was there on a timely basis. He was pleasant, professional and thorough. The car had not been driven in some time and the battery was not charged. He was able to create a quick fix in order to activate the power windows. Very resourceful. After the window was repaired he did a very throurough job of cleaning up the broken glass. Joe is a real pro and a pleasant guy to talk to. Based on his service alone I would use Gerber in the future.

I feel that the service I received to repair my collision was some of the best service I have ever received. From the time I walked in and was greeted by your receptionist, Lacey, through the walk-around with Paul Pennella, the estimator, my needs were met every step of the way. Updates were promised twice per week and were delivered. Adjustments to the quote were communicated quickly. Paperwork was handled professionally without my input. I was very happy with the service provided for my glass replacement. I was called ahead of time with a 2 hour window which really helps. The technician came onsite and replaced the windshield in under an hour while I waited inside my home.
