Brought my car in for an estimate, everyone was super friendly and quick. I made an appointment and all repairs were done quicker than I expected but most importantly they repaired my car back to perfection and I was shocked at the quality! They sent me text messages throughout the process to give updates. I highly recommend Gerber Collision and I would definitely return if needed.

Impressed! My new to me Mercedes needed some badly touched up door chips fixed. The folks in the Wilmington shop were the best to deal with from the initial look at the car and all through the final repairs. -Excellent customer service from all involved, including detailed updates throughout the process. Other shops should follow this approach. -A small job, but treated like a big job, scheduled and performed to schedule. Nice, no delay surprises. -Clear instruction on future washes and waxes were provided, showing they care about their work after you drive away. -Insurance handling was painless. Bottom line, the car door was completely re-worked, couldn't be more pleased, looks like factory level of effort, if not better. Thank you.

I could not be more pleased with the repair work done on my new Chevy 2500. I can not tell where the body was fixed. The truck was ready when promised and the staff kept me updated throughout the whole process. I hope I never need vehicle body repair again but if I do I'll insist on Gerber! You guys are the best! My car was towed to your center on 8/7/2021, a Saturday. I was in communication with Susie that morning. She stayed in contact with us until we arrived and was able to make our car drivable for our 4 hour return home. Susie went above what most others in her position would do and I can't thank her enough.

At the risk of going overboard with my compliments, my experience dealing with the folks at the Wilmington Gerber facility was really exceptional. Getting an estimate was easy as was scheduling the appointment to repair my car; I was timely advised of the progress in completing the repair and the results were awesome. Very friendly and professional. Not looking for any more accidents but should it happen, I sure know where to take my car!
