From start to finish Mr. Miguel F. , Production Manager was helpful, kind, knowledgeable and walked me through each step seamlessly. He offered suggestions, was extremely professional & told me exactly the work needed to repair my car. This is my second experience at 8150 Raintree, and they deserve "12" stars for always exceeding my expectations. Thank you so much to Mr. F. & also Natalie at the desk for always taking my calls & answering questions in a timely manner. What a terrific team! Angel fixed my car right on the spot. Loved the attention to my problem. Another place gave me an estimate that I thought was too high so I took it to Gerber and Angel took my car back to the shop and fixed it for nothing, I will definitely recommend this place to others. Angel and Maria were both wonderful during the repair of my Hyundai Tucson. They were able to get the job finished looking beautiful within the time frame I needed. This was the second time I have used Gerber and while I don't want a third time if it happens I will be back.

I had to push to get my repair done at Gerber because it is not an Allstate proferred facility. Once again I am glad I did, as Angel and the rest of the team at Gerber have always treated me well. My car looks great and I am once again happy having had an accident where someone side-swiped me on the freeway.

Absolutely had the best experience! I was hit by a commercial vehicle and it was just a horrible experience with their insurance company, but Chris was the person in between going to bat for what was right, he was in constant communication with me, honest and trustworthy. Those all are qualities you want to receive in a company. My car was returned and repairs were great!

Great service that was quick and very accommodating. Online progress for tracking was a nice touch. Location was usually lacking parking Was the only downside. In the end, love the work this place does. I'll definitely go back if I need this service in the future.

Wow!!! My front fender and bumper had quite the damage. I'll admit, when I saw they were repairing and not replacing, I was pretty skeptical. It is a lease. However, the job was EXCEPTIONAL! They were pretty quick with the repairs and I was kept in the loop with it all. Katie with Geico was incredible!!! Gerber staff was amazing too. What a convenience it is to walk in, get Geico rep to look at it and have the Enterprise car rental on site! I am so pleased with my repairs and service. Thank you!
