The preliminary estimate was extremely detailed and I understand the body of work for my car. The attendant was very patient in providing details and setting my expectations. Unfortunately, the work could not start until 3 months after the initial estimate, but that was clearly communicated.

I had a very smooth and wonderful experience with Gerber Redmond WA. All staffs were very friendly, professional and helpful. Initial conversation, making appointment, damage estimate, vehicle drop off and pick up all went smoothly except I got an appointment after 3 months (called on April and got an appointment for August). Luckily, I did not get further damage on my vehicle. Besides, their service was appreciable. Thank you Gerber Redmond, WA team.

I sadly and very unexpectedly won a game of tag with a deer recently although won is a relative term. The damage to the right-front quarter of my Sorento was significant but without airbags deploying. The team at Gerber in Redmond kept me informed of the repair progress from day 1 through day 54 at intervals that were just right. I felt like they cared about the fact that I didn't have my car which may sound trivial but it made an impression on me. The length of the repair was affected by covid not the complexity and is totally understandable. The itemized parts list is appreciated and also the significant use of OEM parts is also appreciated. Although I hope to never need their services again I highly recommend the team at Gerber in Redmond!
