This place is amazing! They kept me informed every step of the way and even finished my car 3 days ahead of schedule! Josh was really patient with my million questions and walked me through everything. He did a fantastic job fixing my car! Nancy was really sweet and super helpful getting the rental and making feel completely comfortable! Highly recommend to anyone who needs car repairs!

I brought my car in after someone hit me while I was parked. Josh and Nancy were great to work with. Nancy at the front desk was always so smiley and pleasant to chat with, and very efficient at scheduling things. Josh was great about explaining what needed to be done, and kept me updated along the way. We ran into a slight hiccup, but Josh was fantastic about resolving it, and I felt very comfortable trusting my car to him. I hope I don't need to return, but if I do, I will do so with confidence that both I and my car will be treated well.

I had such a great experience getting my trunk lock fixed here. it was my first time going to Gerber's and I have zero regrets. It was a seamless process from getting there to getting my car fixed. People are also really nice as well. My technician was also super nice, really helpful, and very accommodating even though I had called in that morning. Highly recommend!!!

Attentive and courteous staff kept us closely apprised of all stages of the extensive repairs done to our 2015 Honda CRV, after we were rear-ended in a heavy rain storm. Front Office, Parts, Body Shop, and Painting were all personable, helpful, and eager to help us. They are all good folks, and Gerber has excellent representatives in each of them. Oh. And by the way. Our car is now beautiful. We're very, very satisfied and appreciative customers.
