Gerber Collision & Glass is absolutely amazing! This recent accident was my very first in my 25 years of driving, and they made the process easy. They gave constant updates on the progress of my repairs and were very professional. My car looked brand new once I received it and they delivered it right to my house. Was hit by a drunk driver...Brian and the team were fantabulous! My car was gone about 3 weeks, but when I got it back, it was evident they took their time with it!! Suzanne is the nicest AND FUNNIEST customer care rep ever!! I will be back to Gerber for all my repair needs!!

Anyone needing repairs on your vehicle; dont take your vehicle anywhere, but.... Gerber Auto Collision & Glass in Duluth Ga, on satellite. These people know how to fix your car and they genuinely care about any and everyone who walks through their doors. i called to schedule and appointment and I talked with Suzanne who said we can have Ashley to meet you after hours so you can drop your car off and get your rental. When I dropped by car off it was after 6pm, Jean, Ashley, Brian met me at the front door and they told me that Suzanne waited and has just left. They took their time to listen to all my concerns and then they took meticulous notes to make sure they say look every thing i pointed out. Gene H. my Service Tech was phenominal! They even provided me with a rental while my car was being repaired. They were timely and had my car ready exactly when they promised. My ride looks fabulous!! Shop staff were very friendly. When I showed my car to my kids who are car savvy they could not believe the quality of the repair. Of course, I shared with them what Brian and Ashley shared with me about the process of the repair. By they way, I can't say enough about how great the staff were.

I wanted to thank Teresa and Dwayne for providing excellent customer service when I brought my car in with a bumper that had been knocked out of place. They came to my rescue by taking the time to look at my car and putting it back in place without charging me. It was so refreshing to find people so friendly and willing to help me. I have used Gerber previously and they did an excellent job of repairing my damaged vehicle in a timely manner. Gerber will be my go-to collision repair shop.
