This is my second time coming to Gerber for auto body repair and this company continues to exceed my expectations. There aren't enough words to express my gratitude for the Gerber-College Park team. All of my updates were timely and detailed via phone call AND email. Everyone was pleasant and went above and beyond to make sure I was informed and to make sure all of my repairs were taken care of. Everyone was magnificent. I want to specifically shout out Amy, Jennifer and Sam. These three women created the most welcoming, hear-felt experience for me. Out of the kindness of their heart, Amy and her team went above and beyond for me to make sure I was 110% satisfied. Getting into an accident is stressful (of course), but this was the most stress-free experience. This is no surprise, though, because the first time I came here, the experience ... was great and so was the end result. The finishing product is AMAZING.
