Everyone I came in contact with was very friendly and helpful. They kept me informed through the entire process with either a phone call and or email. We had extremely frigid weather during my repair time and they kept my car inside the entire time. I would definitely use them again, if unfortunately someone hits my car again.

My car looks like new. Even though it took longer to fix apparently due to getting parts, I would highly recommend Gerber.
